I am offering shared accomodation of a 'unit' ( which is pretty much the size of a house ) just accross the road from a main train station.
This place is rather roomy, cheap and convenient and would suit a student because of its proximity to both the train station and to Victoria University.
The room is unfurnished but there is storage space in the garage as well as outside clothes line and multiple outside spaces for entertaining a small group.
While I think it is important to keep shared spaces relatively tidy, I don't go overboard with cleanliness. It is important that we don't inconvenience each other but I don't mind a little dust.
Please note that if I agree to subletting the room to you you will also need to get the approval of the owner of the flat for which you will need appropriate documentation.
Please note that the amount listed is the amount per week but it is due each calendar month.
